With over 16 years of experience in the health and social care sector, spanning hospitals, care homes, domiciliary care, and other establishments, I have dedicated my career to advocating for the dignity and choice of service users. My passion for improving the lives of the elderly and ensuring their well-being is what led me to found Care Plan Management Services.

The Reason Behind Care Plan Management Services: I established this company to address critical challenges within the care sector. Staffing issues and concerns that service users do not receive enough direct time with care staff are pressing problems. Additionally, documentation and record-keeping with care plans often lead to care homes falling short of CQC standards and requiring improvement. Recognising these challenges, Care Plan Management Services was born out of a deep passion for providing personalised care solutions that cater to individual needs.

My Commitment to the Sector: As a freelance care plan manager, I identified flaws in the existing system and committed myself to offering a unique service that prioritises the dignity and well-being of each client. I have witnessed first hand the challenges faced by service users and their families in navigating the complexities of receiving care. This experience drives my commitment to empower care providers and enhance the quality of care delivered.

• Coordinated Support: We coordinate with neighbourhood wardens, GPs, district nurses, and other referrals to provide seamless support for residents.
